I went to Macdonald in evaton I was helped by kamogetswe at 17:16 n waited outside as we complies wit covid regulations....they called order number 278 1st before me, I went in to ask n the lady by the door said I should wait outside they will call my order number then I can come inside, they called 5 more orders after me then I went back n ask what's going on with my order, the lady took my receipt and that's when they started doing my order at 17:51, she was so rude and never cared to explain why did we wait so long, they brought our orders but still a child's toy was not there my son had to go in n ask for a toy, n he was given a baby girls toy and refused to take it then he was given the right toy for boys...am not happy with today's experience as i waited for an hour without an explanation of why did I have to wait for that long, not to mention the ladies attitude?
