Beyond Worse service at McDonald in general

Placed an order twice today (***) - (***) and they told me my order was cancelled and i called spoke to a very cheeky lady who then told me my refund will take up to 14 working days. This is the most pathetic service you can ever get. at least have the decency to return my money if delivery will not be made.
