BEYOND DISAPOINTED!!!!!

I am utterly disappointed in Mc Donald'sAt Craighall Park at this point. I placed an order with Mc Delivery, and apart from the fact that I waited more than an hour for my delivery, when it got here, it was the wrong order. I also paid R150 and gave the driver R20 tip, just to get inside to see I have the complete wrong order. I paid R150 for an order worth under R100. The worst part is, when I tried calling the branch to let them know that the order was wrong, there was no answer!!! I called 10 TIMES there was no answer????? What the hell??? For a branch claiming to be 24hours and then not answering the phone after I phoned 10 TIMES????? Absolutely ridiculous!! I want a REFUND, or the actual order that I paid R150 for!!!!
