we ordered 5 big mac meals via drive through, we were told to wait on the side for the meals when the meals arrived my husband confirmed verbally with the lady if they were 5 and she agreed as we drove off onto the freeway we were shocked to realise there were 5 drinks and only 4 burgers and chips, we had to reverse on an oncoming lane to go complain only to find they had left the 1 meal on the side asif it was kept for someone else
