Beggars harrasing you at the order windows

The McDonald's branch in Midrand on Church street is for the past 4 years been having a huge situation and staff and management just laughs about it like its the biggest joke ever told. When you proceed to approach the drive in section and attempt to place an order, there are at least 2 beggars who come and harras you for food and when you decline their request they argue with you. When you finally have the guts to move forward you are so frightened that you lock your doors and lose your appetite. The drama doesn't end here. When you pay at the window they come again amd intimidate you. Causing more fear, angst and unnecessary stress. This is unacceptable. I have confronted management but they just laugh at me. This is not a joke.
