Been treated unfairly due to possible race issue?!

This pathetic branch has no stock control measure in place. Seems the management are *********** and need to be trained by an appropriate individual. When my girlfriend and I decided to support your disgusting company, we arrived to be greeted in a manner which you would expect at some no name store! To add to our frustration, there was no jelapeno sauce and your highly uneducated being who is apparently the store manager on duty refused to give us the jelapeno sauce used for burgers even though we were willing to pay! This is not service and I am not getting treated in the best interest. I must ask if this is a racial case?! Christine is the apparent store manager on shift and I do expect a sincere apology and a thorough explanation before I take to socially media like wild fire.
