Beef instead of Chicken

I am really ****ed off with the service received at your ballito branch next to the virgin active. I purchased a CHICKEN Big Mac, came home and extremely hungry, when I open the burger, it’s a BEEF burger which goes against my religious views! This is not the first time that this happened to me from the same branch and all your store manager can say is sorry every time! I’m not from the area and now stuck without food! I need action to be taken place. I tried calling the regional manager “Ibv” on *** a few times and she ignored my calls. I then sent her WhatsApp messages and she ignored it as well, even though she was online on WhatsApp. I would like action to be taken!
