Bed Exprience

Good day

Today I went into McDanold at Gandhi, went to a counter to place and order was advised to use the self service machine and I advised them of my previous experience.

I previous went in went restaurant and, went straight to the counter and was told to use the machine, which I did as requested and people started coming and went straight to the counter and they were not referred to the self service machine and they started placing order and I had to stand in the queue from the back.

Today which is more 3 month later I was asked to use the machine and told I don’t have my card. Was told to place an order and pay at the counter to them of my previous experience. I asked them not to use the machine they called the manager hoping that she could be the one that can authorised as I was not please with the process. She was not helpful didn’t want to help or listen and wanted to teacher me how to use the machine. And I suggested she place an order for me ill wait in the queue as I do not want to have people coming through and the quee. Before it gets long she told its either I use the machine or they can’t help, I was so shocked by her respond and to avoid fight with her I went to Steers to get some food. Her name was Xoli and after I left the were talking and couldn’t make what they were saying as staff members
