BANSHEE BEHAVIOUR of a McDonald's MANAGER

On Saturday the 6th April, I went to the Plumstead McDonald's in Cape Town as I was informed that they were 24 hours. I was down visiting the mother city and was advised by a mate that I could get a meal from the afore mentioned store. At 0:45 on Sunday morning I arrived at the store and decided to park as I needed the toilet at the same time. My mate and I approached the store and entered through the main doors - a lady came screaming at me like a "banshee" that I must get out. I tried to explain to her that we were coming for a meal and that I needed the toilet. She continued to try force me out and state that they were closed and I could not use the toilet. The more I insisted that I thought they were a 24 hours, and all I really needed urgently was the toilet, the more she insisted I must get out. She informed me that the drive-thru was 24 hours and 'no' I could not use their toilet. I indicated that I would then have to use the bushes outside as a toilet - she informed me that she didn't care and ushered my mate and myself outside. I then went off to relieve myself and we decided to use the drive-thru. As we entered the roadway of the drive-thru, we noticed a coloured gentleman arrive and get out of his car and enter the shop without any hassles and began to interact with all other staff members inside. As we drove passed the main window, the staff and more particularly the lady that had insulted me started cheering and jeering at us and pulling signs. I duly took pictures of all these antics. My mate at this stage was so disgusted at the attitude of the staff that he opted not to support the store. I still wanted food and proceeded through. I inquired from the lady at the dispatch counter as to who the manger was and was informed that it was Nicole - the lady who had 'attacked' me and insulted me. As we drove off, the same lady was showing us gestures and jeering within the inside of the store. I again took pictures. I wrote to McDonald's upon my return from Cape Town about this entire scenario and to date, I have not had any response or feedback - their attitude was absolutely despicable and believe that I should make the pictures public.
