Bad/****py service

Today I bought a veggie burger, fries and coke at the abovementioned restaurant. I paid for my order at 15:34, at 14:15 (40mins) I was still waiting for it. Their service inacceptable. Another customer waited 30 minutes for her ice cream.There is no urgency in the kirchen and the supervisor controlling both the drive through and walk in customers is not insisting that the staff speed up momentum in anyway. I remember years gone by, Mcdonalds had a 2 minute policy. No customer will wait longer than 2 minutes for their order. My question, when did that change. Train the staff, change ur shift manager or close that branch. Thats how bad it is.
