Bad treatment by McDonald's Polokwane

Today I ordered a kids meal via app. The order was delivered @ 17:59 and the colddrink was half. The delivery guy said he is going to get another one till now he never come back. I tried to call n he is not picking my call. My order number ***. I am in Polokwane
