Bad, sweetless service

Mc donalds on Allen St &, Memel Rd, Newcastle, 2940 newcastle kzn has really bad service. the kiddies meals did not have a toy, the food was cold because they left it on the counter and did not bring to our table (then why does the self service prompt us to take a table number?). I had a cold coffeee less breakfast then when the coffee came they said they did not have sugar. a tall mug of americano with no sugar and im supposed to smile and be ok? I am very unhappy with their service !
