bad/slow service and dissapointing food

myself and my better half popped in at mcdonalds in ottery on our way to work for breakfast via the drive through, upon paying we were ubruptly told to go stand on the other side of the parking and wait for our food, when we asked how long it will take we were told to just go stand and wait there cos there is people behind us, we waited for a while until the food was brought to the car, despite the wait when we opened the food we discovered the chips was rather cold and tasted as if it was laying under a dryer for ages, my cajun burger had no sauce and no tomato on ans well as my partners burger didnt have any sauce and was extremely dry, speaking on behalf of both of us we are extremely dissapointed in the service and the food that was given to us.
