BAD SERVICES FROM THE SO CALLED MANAGER

<p>I placed an order over the phone and i was told it will take 45 min for it to come, after 45 min i than called Mcd braam and asked where the order was and than they told me the driver is coming stood there for 30 min and the driver didn't come, to my surprise when i went out the driver was leaving and no called me to notify me that he was outside. I than called the store again to ask them to send the driver as i am standing outside.<br />I than got a phone call from ZAKHELE the so called manager threatening to call the police and accusing ,e of not wanting to pay for the order, he was so rude and hanged up while i was speaking to him over the phone. i than went to Mcd to speak to him and he told us that if we are not here to pay the bill we must get out and shouting at us in front of his staff and customers, he had no name tag to identify himself. <br />Thank you to to Ntombi the Business manger who handled the matter and HOOOOOOO SHAME to ZAKHELE so much for being a manger</p>
