Bad service with no remorse

I was hurt by the service I received from MacDonald Pretoria West. I went to buy through drive through with my two clients, we placed our order than we pay and went to where we must take our food, only to be told to wait at the parking and the lady promise us 3 minutes which collapse with 2 minutes than Mrs Duduzile madikane came through our order but without drinks we ask her to bring them she said she was not aware of them than she check receipts and bring them. When she arrived, I told her it's not good to let us wait like this things can be reported, she said I love customer who complain u can do that I don't mind, and am not scared of it. She left without giving me receipts than I drive back to take it when I entered inside most of the grew where laughing at me I ask receipts the she said it's already in the bin she went and fetch it and give it to me

Am wondering when did Mc Donald became a ****a shop where employees can do as they please or its just that in townships service can be poor
