Bad service very bad

Good Evening.

I huge complaint Mc D Lenz terrible service the manager is avoiding all the clients. I have been waiting for a 1 hour.

Come on food is cold and terrible.

The staff is rude Mary and all.

Stephen is lost and rude.

Telling us to take refunds and leave.

Please help.
