Bad service turned into great expirience

Went to Glen Mall McDonald today and bought 2 double pounder drove off and we got home it was something else in our meal, had to drive back 20km to bring back the incorrect order that was given to us. Upon arrival the Manager Ntokozo was very kind and without asking us alot of questions he rectified the mistake and apologized for the inconvenience caused. So I'd like to say Big ups to Ntokozo for great service.
