Bad service terrible manager

The service I receieved from Mcdonalds Mayville Pretoria is the most terrible. I ordered 15 November 2024 around 8h30 pm, the order was short of 1 big mac meal, the other order had a dead ****roach in it and the mcfeast spicy had hair in it. I called to complain and spoke to some useless manager called Patricia, this lady had no interest in assisting with my complains and she cant even speak english. I am very disapointed as a client who always buys from them cause they the nearest to us.
