BAD SERVICE ****** money

Bought a mega burger chips and apple pie. Was asked to wait in drive thru parking lot. I waited and Didn't receive apple pie, showed the receipt. Asked them to correct it. I waited for 20 minutes. Asked another staff member, she ignored me. I had to leave without my paid for apple pie. While driving discovered my burger had a finger nail in it! seriously??? How do this branch stay open? NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
