Bad Service, Sour Food and Broken Toys!!!

<p>So visiting the Mcdonals Brackenfell on the 4th June we buy Sor Food, Pay for horrible service and then to top it off the paid for Toys is broken. Upon speaking to the manager Samantha she very nicley turns around and walks off leaving me waitign for an answer. I challange you Mcdonalds go and have a look at your video footage for that day. How do you train staff to abuse Customers like that???</p>
