BAD SERVICE RECIVED AND WRONG ORDER RECEIVED

it was 6th time visiting the restaurant and I must say the service sucks and I have been providing them with feedback on how to up their service and be like other branches but still no improvement , it is getting worse.

was there yesterday and the service was not there at all and my meals were not even up to standard the fries were short and the order was also wrong. I am really frustrated and every time I go there they always mess up my order.

this is really annoying

this is the McDonald's at Sky City Mall, please do something about this not sure if it is training needed or what . but it is not nice when you get home and want to eat your food only to find out that it is incorrect ???
