Bad Service, Poor Food Quality & Bad Attitude

Good Evening,

We placed an order an hour an half back with McDelivery with McDonalds in Boksburg South Africa and I am extremely unhappy!

At 17h32 I placed an order - 374-23/11/2 ********** 1 estimated deliver time showed 18h20.

I then received an e-mail notification at 18h05: "Delivery Date and Time: 2017/11/23 18:05:00 - 2017/11/23 18:20:00"

But at 18h26 I was STILL WAITING for my food.... I phoned the customer careline and they advised the courier was on his way... he only arrived at 18h37!!!! Almost 20 Minutes later than the estimated latest time.

Now I am a patient person... but what got me very upset is that when I went up to the courier, he demanded a tip. I gave him a R10 tip even though he was late.. but he asked for more.. I said no. He then claimed that he didn't have change to give him so I had to give him more money.

BUT the worst part is that my food was WET. The chips were soaked, the burgers were wet and soggy. The coke was flat and no ice. I didn't even get straws for the cooldrink.

I have the number of the courier that delivered.

I want this to be addressed.. because I am a loyal customer to McDonalds.. but after this incident I am doubtful of purchasing from you again!
