Bad service ormonde macdonalds

Good Day,

Please assist I'm really upset with the treatment I received from macdonalds ormonde, I ordered a meal at 10 am on the 27th of August I tried calling the store as I ordered through the mc d app, the stores phone was off no update about my food until I was able to get an uber to go collect my food which was supposed to be delivered,I would like to claim back my delivery fee aswell as I had to take an uber to get there, aswell as another meal because I was really upset and didn't enjoy my meal as I was supposed to, I ate out of hunger and anger as I only got my food at 3 pm the staff was ******** and rude and told me the systems were down but were able to pick up my order in a minute when I got there, I'm really not impressed and think this specific store needs training and customer service skills please assist. How does one order at 10 and receive their order at 3 ? After calling it ruined my entire experience of macdonalds.
