Bad service of servicing customers

The service given at Macdonald JHB CBD is not the date as urban areas. You buy and select SIT-IN but they expect you to get your food at the counter instead of serving you. In urban areas if you select SIT-IN, they have people bringing food at your table. Macdonald in Ganghi Square and Macdonald in Pritchards Street and Rissik street don't serve their customers. It's irritating because we buy same food in all Macdonald but service is different.
