BAD service, not enough staff, and the Mc donalds wasnt even clean

Good Day All

So on Sunday myself and my family went hiking and then after the hike we went to go and get something to eat at MC Donalds Vangate it was very bad. There was only 3 staff members working, the places was dirty and in a state and they took more then 1half and hour to help us as well as when the order came the food was incorrect.

When I was speaking to the staff they were making like they can't hear a thing I was saying as well as they were just rude and I kept asking why there is no staff and why is the service so bad and it is month end. They said there Manager was on leave and I could not deal with the way they were doing things they not even wear gloves when doing the chips. i am not the only one complaining there was people in the line as well.
