Bad service & No breakfast
<p>On 10.07.17 i went to mac donalds ottery, upon my arrival i noticed that the breakfast menu had not yet been changed & the time was 06:01am. The employee told me over the speaker to come to the next window (pay window) i asked if there were breakfast available & she said yes. I then asked her why is there no menu up? At the same time the security gaurd walked pass she then asked him when it will be changed, he then said he would change it but walked in the opposite direction of the menu board. After 5mins of waiting for assistance i hooted my hooter to get attention. Then a other female staff member came to the window only to tell me that breakfast is not ready & this is a 24hr mac.ds, so what have they been doing all night? Im left hungry on my way to work...</p> <p> </p> <p>I then drove to Rosmead ave Wynberg mac donalds, i pulled into the drive through & saw there were only two breakfast meals advertised? I then asked the female through the speaker are there only those two meals available? She then told me there are no breakfast availble, i was shocked & this is also a 24hr mac ds, again im left hungry at this time i was starving & angry so i just drove off. </p> <p> </p> <p>Whats the purpose of a 24hr mac ds if their food is not ready at 6am or there is no breakfast? </p> <p> </p> <p>Unhappy client, i will not advice anyone to expect food from these branches at 6am or maybe before 6am. Seems to me like these people get paid for doing absolutely nothing? </p> <p> </p>
