Bad service ....mood spoiled

Very poor service I'm disappointed ,I decided to go have lunch after my doctors appointment waited 30min but still havnt received my order and no 1 cared to check me by my table if I'm ok ,went over to the counter to ask about my order funny they totally forgot and said they would be with me just now not even apologetic and then still had to wait for a good 15min extra still no communication at all,I must still go ask what the matter is mind you it was not even a busy day........iv have never felt this kind of way with McDonalds. The employees are making a bad name for the restaurant .mcdonalds springs never gonna go there
