Bad Service - Missing Food

We went to McDonald's in Norkem Park this afternoon at exactly about 17h57. No.01 the cashier who took our order was rude, she just spoke to us as if she was doing is a favor until another cashier came to relieve her of her duties.

We bought a happy-meal (chicken nuggets) for my daughter and a McChicken deluxe, surprisingly when we got home our meals were missing Fries and the happy meal had only 3 nuggets. I tried to contact them immediately after realizing this because I couldn't go back to their restaurant due to the distance from my place of residence. I phoned numerous times and nobody answered the phone and also logged this on their website but still did not get anything other than a ref number COM-87C3E-768C17. I did not expect such nonsense especially from McD or was it done deliberately by that 1st cashier to be spiteful at US? The question remains unanswered.
