Bad service, messed up order

I am so angry, frustrated and utterly disappointed by the poor service I received at McDonald's Midrand Drive-Thru this morning. I ordered my food around 8AM through Uber Eats this morning and they only brought one burger with no garnish. I called them to find out they said they made a mistake they will send it and Im still waiting three hours later. I even tried calling their complaints department on *** but no one even bothers to answer the phone. I am hungry!!!
