Bad service MCDS in Paarl

Today we decided to take in the sites in paarl and my daughters decided they wanted to have brunch at mcds there instead of the many loval restaurants i was quite eager to try, i placed my order at the self service terminal and proceeded to the counter to pay, i waited about a min or 2 for cashier to assist me without acknowledgement she proceded to call someone name Aubrey to tell him the system is off line and goes off packing other orders to eventually come bk to communicate this to me " the customer" after waiting 5 mins i was able to pay for our order worst service ever , paarl is still a beautiful place and next time around i will not be swayed i would rather support small business where you know the customer is always treated as a welcomed guest and not an inconvenience.
