Bad service McDonalds Westgate mall

McDonald’s westgate mall is the worst with service delivery and quality of food. I order a meal on McDelivery and the order went to the McDonalds at Westgate mall. After waiting for 2 hours for my meal I had to call the McDelivery help line to track my order only to find out Westgate McDonalds had still not prepared my order. 2 hours later !! How is that possible? And the only reason given was they had technical issues. This is not the first time I’m having issues with this McDonalds.
