Bad service McDonald’s protea glen mall

The staff at McDonalds protea glen is very disappointing I must say everytime I go there I experience the worst service from the staff. The delay in service and when you complain you are given an attitude. They honestly need more training on customer service and satisfaction…. It’s a pitty we can travel far for food when we have one closer by . They need to do better and every review is complaining of their service and how slow they are and never pay attention to customers 😡
