Bad service McDonald’s midrand

Bad experience I had at McDonald’s in midrand next to boulders according to my knowledge they open at 7 and I confirmed that when I arrived however had to wait 40 minutes for my food and specifically told them not to put tomato inside my burger but they did bad service
