Bad Service McDonald's

What a bad Service we receives at MCDONALD'S MAYVILLE in Pretoria. After a long drive from home we decided to make a drive though at McDonald's Mayville, the lady taking orders was so rude telling us to make our orders fast and stop waiting her time. The manager came through and told us she also can't control her as she has attitude. We requested the manager to call her, she came and continued giving us attitude looking us from top to bottom and walked away. They whole staff in that store doesn't have name tags and refuses to give each others name. Am not even sure the name provided is the real name but my family and I surely remembers their faces.

We requested the Supervisor on duty to provide the contacts or rather call the Regional Manager responsible for the store but she also refused. She even said McDonald's doesn't have customer complaints contacts we must just go home. What a bad horrible experience my family experienced.
