Bad Service McDonald's Athlone and Vangate Mall

Both branches of McDonald's in Athlone are so very bad with their delivery orders. I like ordering extra hashbrowns with my meals and both branches has shown that they do not read their delivery slips when finalizing the orders. I have missed out all together now 8 hashbrowns at almost R32 per hashbrown. That is alot of money for food that I will not be getting back. The managers seems nice however its always an attitude I get when calling the actual branches to see what they gonna do to fix it. The answer is nothing, absolutely nothing. They never have drivers or I must pick up, when the reason I order online so that I don't leave my house as I work from home. This is unacceptable service in general especially in the food industry. I will not be ordering from thses ta branches again.
