bad service McDonald's

So disappointed in McDonald's service, their new restaurant in Montague Gardens, took 20min in the making of; A happy meal, milkshake and junior cheese burger, this is suppose to be a fast food outlet. .? Then my order was short a juice box and my daughter's toy, both times I had to enquire. Also once again the Toy that came was not the Toy in the display box. This is not the first time I have had bad service at a McDonald's, the one on Kleinbosch has serviced us cold burgers and also gotten orders wrong, their toy display unit is almost always empty. . Plus the play area in Kleinbosch is hardly ever available.. If it drizzled the day before or earlier the day, the play ground would still be closed and all anybody that worked there need to do, was take some cloths to dry it. I have seen one the personal there start unbuttoning her trousers before she even got into the toilets, this is something you don't want your kid's to see:(
