Bad service McDonald Mayville always sending wrong or stain food

On the 12th May i bought a spicy chicken folder from McDonald Mayville they gave me the wrong a regular again on the 18th today I bought the same thing spicy chicken folder they send me the WRONG order again this time worse part of it no sauce no nothing, when I called in and complain they Muzi who was so rude he said I must place an order again tomorrow because today they can't help me hence the manager is off and they can't make a delivery because Mr D is responsible for that and Muzi said i must lodge a complain to Mr D not them because i place an order online and they don't have the spicy sauce the only day they can help me it's tomorrow their service it's so bad even my collegues complaint about it.If the order is not wrong the food is so stain
