BAD SERVICE - MACDONALD'S cnr BEYERS NAUDE & PENDORING, BLACKHEATH, JHB

The service sucks !! Waited 15 to 20 minutes just to pickup a SMALL drive thru breakfast. Really bad. They are putting so much unnecessary pressure on the staff that almost every order at the collection window was wrong. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THE WINDOW STAFF MANAGED TO STAY CALM BUT, WELL DONE LADIES - YOU ARE DOING A DAMN GOOD JOB!!! YOU ALL DESERVE A MEDAL AND AN INCREASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not enough staff and too stingy to hire more staff SO let's just give BAD SERVICE AND LOSE CUSTOMERS. MR/MRS MANAGER.... WAKE UP AND HIRE ENOUGH STAFF !!! YOUR SERVICE SUCKS !
