Bad service MacDonald Pretoria west

I went to MacDonald Pretoria west last night to order my meals that I wanted when I got home I found that my meals are not complete I called the store spoke to the shift leader Beauty M , she told me that there is nothing she can do I need to come back to the store and pick up my order , as if was the one packing it shes very rude don't have customer centric skills , she need proper training. I request refund she refund me on the meal she didn't pack she told me to bring back everything I ordered so she can refund me .... I drove 8km back to the store when I got there she tells me it will only take them 10days to refund me

Am truly not happy with they service and I would like to get my refund ASAP
