Bad service Mac donald and Uber eats both

On the 15th of Feb an order was place at Mac donalds Gandhi square using the Ubereats app my food took an hour to be delivered , my lunch was delivered at 14:00 , order was placed before 13:00 . i tried to cancell the order a couple of times, which my money was never returned

I lost my interest with Mac donald gandhi square this was not the first incident with them.
