Bad service incorrect order received.

I went to McDonald's on Saturday afternoon because my daughter was hungry after shopping. We ordered and paid. We waited for a whole hour before I went to the counter because I thought that it sit down they will bring your food to you. When I gir there the lady was very rude and then gave me the food. When I opened it, it was not what we orded and secondly the dink tasted like soap water. I then went back and I was not the only customer to complain about their order. She then checked my slip and did not even apologize for the inconvenience or error. The patties were very small with nothing else one. Going back to show them was just a waste of time. This kind of service is not on. We are paying for the food and what you order is what you must get. Or are those pictures just for show.
