Bad service, incorrect goods received

MacDonald staff force is to use the self service channels when they know not every product is available there. I wanted a hashbrowns stack but instead ended up with a meal with and egg.. not what I agreed to pay for.. very unhappy with Mac Donald Alex Mall..the hashbrowns stack is not on the self service .. stop sending us there.. I honest want my money back.. I had to throw that egg out
