Bad service, incomplete orders, and selling of eaten meals

I am appolled and actually disgusted by one of the best and most well-known worldwide franchises MacDonald's.

MacDonald's Uitenhage is a disgrace to the renowned franchise and should be shut down with immediate effect. The staff are ********* and unprofessional, and utterly disrespectful, and evidently untrained or uneducated.

On numerous occasions I have been given incorrect orders or orders is cold and fries and breadcrumbs are stale, they are forever out of catch up, ice cream machine out of order and that is just to name a few... Bad attitude by management and staff... on attempt to ask for assistance with incorrect orders and the eaten burger patties on my BigMac burger yesterday 01/01/18 was just the ultimate... when contacting the franchise, the cashier tells me I can speak to her as she is part of the team and everyone is busy,she needs to find the manager now_appalling telephone etiquette screaming for "the manager" saying manager it's for you! and *********... "madam manager" who doesn't introduce herself tells me to bring the slip and she will be working until 4pm then drops the phone_the unprofessionalism is actually nauseating. And I can assure you, I am not the first to complain about there bad service and unprofessionalism.
