BAD SERVICE, IN FACT, THE WORST

On Sunday evening I went to Parklands Main road Mc Donald's drive thru, first I stopped before getting to the order phone so I could look at the menu and let my nephews decide what they wanted to have for supper. I then proceeded to the phone to which no one greeted me and took my order, then I proceeded to the payment window and there was no one the window was closed, I then went on to the collection window that's where I saw the staff and had to call them to the window and ask them if the phone is faulty coz no one took my order, I asked the lady to call the manager and the manager couldn't assist they said I must go around to the phone again to place my order, I asked her where the lady with the phone is I wanted to ask her why she didn't take my order, so the lady came and spoke a lot of non sense she said she tried to take my order but I drove away, I asked the kids if they heard anything coz the oldest is 13 and they said no we stood at the phone for a minute or so and no one took our order. I decided to go and buy supper else where.
