Bad service gets worse - is it possible?

<p>Afternoon,</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm writing to you about the bad service of mcdonald's that seems to be getting worse. Now I know McDonald's has a reputation of not giving the best service, you expect fast food, not exceptional service. </p> <p>But after recently visiting the US, I noticed that it is not the case. They have great service, clean restaurants and good food!</p> <p>Today again McDonald's was at their best, my wife stopping for McDonald's in Rondebult Road in Boksburg. Ordering a Happy Meal for my 18 Month old daughter, and then being asked if she wants a Large fries with that, after her response of 'No', the total is given. Where is the question, would you like something else? And this is not the only Mcdonald's it happens, I can mentioned a few, Sandton city, Meadowdale Mall, Boksburg Rietfontein Road, North Rand Road opposite CycleLab. My wife then ordered the NEW Chicken Big Mac. When she arrived home, they gave her the Beef Big Mac.</p> <p> </p> <p>McDonald's wants to get you, the customer, out of their faces as soon as possible. If you are going to offer poor service, please at least get the orders right. </p> <p> </p>
