Bad service from the Manager

The manager gave me a bad attitude... she couldn't even apologise to me, I waited to place an order at the drive through but there was no one to take my order... and there was a long queue of cars behind me... so I drove through to the next window and the lady said she just got to work and I asked for the manager and she also sang the same tune and left me hanging instead of apologising
