Bad service from night shift staff of McDonald's N1 City Capetown drive through

Received bad service from McDonald's N1 city drive through the ladies who work night shift are not professional at all. The lady who took our order was impatient and also captured the order incorrectly and they kept speaking in Xhosa stating we ate not used up eating McDonald's. I feel so disrespected, insulted and disgusted by this behavior my order nber is 1872.. The crew is 99-Daniela Dunn
