Bad service from McDonald's Vanderbijlpark stores

McDonald's in the Vanderbijlpark stores bad service , I've encountered two incidents different stores and Same week. The first store Vaal Mall McDonald's was forced to buy an order , which later I changed my mind and it was the self service option . Second store Vanderbijlpark cbd bought a happy meal for my daughter then I asked the lady can I please have the small packet so I can put her food hence I was going to her school to drop off her lunch. The lady who works at the cash desk gave me a silly response it was in the morning around 07:30am and decided to let go .
