Bad service from McDonalds Tonga mall manager Nombulelo Ncongwane

Used self service and logged on my McDonalds app for promotional offers to make an order at Tonga mall McDonalds, and further proceeded to the till to pay. When I went to collect my order a rude lady by the name of Nombulelo Ncongwane said she is not going to give me my order because I used **** points and further harassed me saying that she wants to see the phone that I used, mind you I did not redeem any points but used the app to accumulate points. She kept me waiting for almost 30 minutes and when she realised that she made a mistake she did not apologise but instead told me that she is the manager and there’s nothing I can do about that because she is “better” than me. What a ****tty service!
