Bad service from McDonald's Okavango crossing

Bad experience for a few times, but being loyal we always forgive and forget, but this time I am fed up with this bad service. Ordered from the MrD app to McDonald's Okavango Crossing for a simple order of 10 nuggets, chips and a mcFizz. They simply cannot get this small and straight forward order correct! There is people not doing their job at McDonald's and this is not acceptable. I normally just leave it but I have had enough. They do not have to look a child in their eyes and say that they will not have a full meal today. I will need to make a plan in the end. Very disappointing and I am sure that we are not the only people with this kind of problem.
